Mountain Heating and Cooling Service will call you to service your equipment twice a year. We’ll come out in the spring, before the heat wave begins, and again in the fall to be sure we beat the winter chill.
Service agreements include (but are not limited to):
- Testing unit(s) in all operating modes
- Checking condenser coil
- Testing safety controls
- Checking electrical control circuits
- Inspecting unit wiring
- Cleaning condensate drain lines
- Checking refrigerant and making adjustments as needed
- Checking indoor filters
- Consulting with you on your equipment conditions
- Making recommendations
- Work on brand name equipment, such as Trane, Amana, Goodman, Coleman, and more!
